Hi! I bought bus tickets for me and three friends. We’re wondering if we need to buy bockfest tickets separately or if they are included with the bus tickets.
    Thanks!

      Angie,
The bus tickets do not include your bockfest entry. You will be able to buy them when we arrive that day.

That’s helpful to know. I have another question… do I need to pick up or print off physical tickets somewhere or is my name on a list when we get to the Herkimer that morning? Sorry if the answer was in an email or something that I missed. Thanks for all your great help! We’re really looking forward to this. :)

          Angie,
Your paypal purchase will be on a list with us, but I would always print off a copy of your purchase as a backup proof of purchase.

I’ve taken the Herkimer Bockfestbus the past two years now, and I can say from experience that this is by far the best way to get to Bock Fest. I’ve lived in Mankato and taken other bar buses, driven with friends other years, and the Herkimer puts together the best experience of them all!

Thanks for organizing the bus(es) again this year, I will be purchasing my tickets soon!

Wondering what the timeline will be. Maybe I missed it somewhere.
What time should we be there?
What time does the bus leave?
Time the bus usually gets back?

    Thanks!

    Hi Chad,

Check in and breakfast starts at 8am sharp! The bus leaves at exactly 9am. We will be back to The Herkimer at approximately 730pm! Hope this helps.

      Hello Olivia,

Unfortunately tickets are nonrefundable. However, the are transferable if you have someone you would like to give/sell your ticket to. Feel free to email me caroline@theherkimer.com if you would like to do a name transfer!

Is there any where to warm up , at the Fest, if I start to freeze?

      Jim,

In the past there has not been any indoor space. There are however a ton of fire pit areas and a lot of people packed in so the body heat and beer helps! My biggest and best advice is waterproof shoes and wool socks! Layers, snow pants, looking goofy and being warm is the name of the game!
